Iranian film ‘Penalty’ is to be screened at the international short film festival “Cinema Perpetuum Mobile” in Belarus.
Directed by Saeed Noohi, the short film narrates the story of some penalty kicks between some kids.
‘Penalty’ has participated in many national and international film festivals including Tehran International 100-seconds Film Festival and Mistervorky Film Festival of Serbia.
Cinema Perpetuum Mobile (CPM for short) is an annual international short film festival the website of the festival wrote.
Cinema Perpetuum Mobile sticks to goals including promoting films by young and independent Belarusian authors in Belarus and internationally, exploring social issues via cinematographic language and developing and strengthening connections between film-makers and film-making communities all around the world.
Cinema Perpetuum Mobile reaches the audience not only in Belarusian regions and cities, but in other countries as well.
The festival is scheduled to run in January 2017 in Belarus.
